4 Easy Manifestation Steps To Manifest Anything
Before explaining in detail the exact process to manifest and the manifestation steps you need to follow, you have to look at how you created a bad situation.
By reverse-engineering the process, you can realize a lot of things in almost anything you want to know.
In simple terms, you got your manifestation by experiencing feelings like anxiety and worries. You also thought about that situation over and over again for a couple of hours or even days or weeks. But it all started with a simple thought you had.
This thought might have come from previous experiences you may have had several years ago. By a conversation you overheard. Or something someone close to you told you.
It doesn’t matter how you got it. What matters is that this exact process is the same to change your current situation and have anything you want.
Manifestation Step 1: Choose What You Want To Manifest
This may sound pretty obvious. You need to be clear about what you want. And you can make it as specific or general as you like.
You are the only one who dreams your dreams. So you better know them and own them.
For example, you may want a new home. You can just stay with that general affirmation or get really specific as to whether it’s a house or an apartment you want, the location, the price, and other specific details.
Apply this principle to anything you want. It can be a new job, a business, fame, or school. These are just some ideas and you are the only one that truly knows your desires.
Manifestation Step 2: Get Rid Of “Blocks”
Block is a common term used to describe something that is interfering with your manifestation showing up.
This is something standing in your way to success. But don’t be afraid of them. This is just part of the process and it can be a good thing because you can know exactly what is keeping your manifestation from not coming.
There are three common blocks:
Block #1: Negative beliefs or mindset
You can’t expect to get everything you want by focusing on negativity. You first need to get into the right mindset and then you can successfully manifest anything.
You shouldn’t take this as being happy, positive, and in a high vibration. That’s something the Law of Attraction teaches and you don’t need that to manifest.
Having the right mindset and beliefs means just stopping thinking about the negative situations so far you are holding within you and start assuming what you want.
You can’t be thinking “everybody cheats on me” and expect to have the relationship you always wanted with your specific person.
At first, it may be difficult. Your rational mind will tell you that what you are affirming is not true because of your past experiences.

Block #2: Toxic people
Manifesting can be a woo-woo topic for people who don’t believe or understand what manifestation is.
People who don’t believe in manifestation will always criticize you and they can be a huge block in your manifestation journey.
When you are working on manifesting your dream, make sure no one is holding you back.
It may sound hard but you need to stay away from those people. I’m not saying to cut off all communication with them, especially if they are relatives or dear people. Just don’t talk about your journey on manifesting with them.
Block #3: Impatience
When reading about the Law of Attraction, it is said that what you are attracting will happen at the right time. This is known as divine timing. And sometimes they say it can take up years to attract what you want.
Somehow this turned into discouragement and with the right reason. No one wants to wait years for having what they want.
The thing is, time doesn’t exist. Although you don’t see it in your current reality, what you want already exists. And first, you need to believe that within you.
If something isn’t happening for you right now, it doesn’t mean it will never will. Just keep persisting, stay on your mental diet, don’t be distracted by anything in your reality, and affirm.
Manifestation Step 3: Affirm What You Want To Manifest
The Cambridge Dictionary defines affirmation as: “a statement or sign that something is true”. And it couldn’t have been a better description.
There are 3 key elements that make affirmations really effective
#1: Affirmations Need To Be And Feel Natural To You
For affirmations to be effective, they need to feel natural to you. By natural, it means affirmations need to resonate with you and only you.
Think about how you speak when telling your best friend about something. Imagine telling your best friend what you want is already true. How you’d speak is how your affirmations need to be.
#2: Affirm On A Loop
There are two optimal times to affirm. As soon as you wake up and when you are going to sleep.
The reason is that when you are just waking up, the subconscious mind receives better information. So instead of scrolling through Instagram, affirm for what you want.
On the other hand, Neville Goddard describes a state called “State Akin To Sleep” also known as SATS. It is a state when you are kind of sleepy but also aware.
The thing is you are in SATS multiple times a day. That’s the reason you need to affirm multiple times a day for your manifestation to come. But this doesn’t mean you need to affirm all day long.
Affirming needs to be just the way you will tell your best friend about it. With the same emotion, tone of voice, and feelings. You don’t need to say them aloud. Just think in your mind the same way you will speak about them.
#3 Don’t Figure About The How Or When
This is tied up with block #3. When manifesting you don’t need to know how or when your manifestation will come.
Remember, when you are affirming you need to think and feel as if you already are that person who has what you desire. This is commonly known as embodying the person who has what you want. Ask yourself the question, ‘What would my future self be thinking?’
Don’t think about how your desired object or outcome will manifest. Your focus should always be on the end result of receiving the thing of your desire.
Manifestation is always perfect and sometimes it will come in the most unexpected way.
Manifestation Step 4: Take Action To Manifest What You Want
Taking action doesn’t necessarily mean taking actual action. You can spend the rest of your day pretty much living as you normally would, doing things you always do but don’t go back to your negative thoughts.
There are some scenarios where actual action is needed. But it depends on your desires. For example, if you want to become a nature photographer, you actually need to go out and take photos of animals and nature. And besides doing that work, you need to keep your positive thoughts focused on your desire.
There isn’t any particular action you need to take in order to make manifestation possible as your intentions are the only thing that matters and they will determine your success.
However, if you feel the urge to do something specific, whether it’s an impulse or an intuition-based yearning, follow your gut and take that action.
